Step 4 - Create an account (enter a valid email, phone number and address)
Step 5 - Fill in the recipient’s details (You can add a new person - simply enter their full name, contact number /money account number, address, and email if they have one. To send a person you have sent money before to choose their name easily from the list)
Step 6 - Make payment. For "Instant payments" our Preferred payment option is payID. If you pay through payID we will be notified straight away that your payment has been made. Click here for more information on PayID. If your bank does not offer PayID, please transfer funds through your internet banking platform using POLI payment and confirm the amount to be sent.

How to set up a Mobile Money Account?

If the answer is yes, they can simply visit a mobile money agent and register your mobile number for mobile account. This can be their mobile operator or other private companies, even banks. carry your ID identification for verification: Government issued IDs (This can be a valid passport, driving license or a National ID card).
