Here’s how it works

Step 1 - Choose the country you want to send fund to. 
Step 2 - Choose the method of payment available in that country.
Step 3 - Enter the preferred amount to be sent – you will see our excellent competitive rates immediately! You will then be taken to a page where you can SignUp with Flexyremit if you haven’t created an account already. 
Step 4 - Create an account (enter a valid email, phone number and address).
Step 5 - Fill in the recipient’s details (You can add a new person - simply enter their full name (exactly as it appears on their ID for verification at pickup location**), contact number, address and email if they have one. To send to a person in you have sent money to choose their name earlier, easily from the list).
Step 6 -Make payment. For "Instant payments" our Preferred payment option is payID. If you pay through payID we will be notified straight away that your payment has been made. Click here for more information on PayID. If your bank does not offer PayID, please transfer funds through your internet banking platform using POLI payment and confirm the amount to be sent.

The recipient will also get an SMS and email (if provided) with Transaction Reference Number-TRN (to be shown at cash pickup location).

Finding the available pickup locations in their country is easy; just choose the country you are sending to in the box on this page and look under Cash Pickup. 

Here is what they need to carry for cash pickup:

1. Identification for verification: Government issued ID (This can be a valid passport, driving license or a National ID card)
2. Transaction Reference Number (TRN). This number will need to be provided while collecting funds. Recipients will have it in an SMS or email after the sender initiates the transaction.
